1Definitions & Scope

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 4777d platform and all its services. Key terms used in this document are defined below:

• "Platform" refers to 4777d's website, mobile app, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who holds a registered account with 4777d.
• "Service" refers to all gaming, betting, and related services provided by 4777d.

• Transferring, selling, or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3Age Verification & KYC Process

You must be at least 18 years old to play on 4777d. This is a non-negotiable rule. After registration, 4777d may request identity verification at any time.

Documents required for KYC verification:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership (where applicable)
• A selfie photo with your ID clearly visible

Withdrawals cannot be processed until KYC verification is complete. 4777d aims to complete KYC verification within 72 hours. If a member fails to submit the required documents, their account may be temporarily restricted.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5Bonus & Promotions Terms

4777d's bonus and promotion offers provide extra value for members. However, each bonus comes with its own terms that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 30x.
• Daily Cashback: 10% cashback on daily net losses, up to ৳5,000. No wagering requirements.
• Free Spins: Applicable to selected games. Wagering requirement on free spin winnings: 20x.
• Reload Bonus: Up to 50% reload bonus every week, capped at ৳5,000.

Special Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Wagering requirements must be met within 7 days of receiving the bonus.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• The maximum withdrawal from bonus balance is capped at 5 times the bonus amount.
• 4777d reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• 4777d reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected.

6Betting Rules

All bets at 4777d are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring complete impartiality.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If a bet is unintentionally accepted due to a system error, 4777d reserves the right to void it.
• 4777d is not responsible for disconnections during live betting.
• Odds in Sports Betting are subject to change. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to ensure the smooth operation of 4777d's services and to protect all members. Violations may result in permanent account closure.

• Money Laundering: Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to meet bonus requirements through artificial means, or claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Fraud: Using software, bots, or any other method to manipulate game outcomes.
• Fraud: Use of false identity, forged documents, or fraudulent payment details.
• Threatening Others: Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward other members or 4777d staff.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing or withdrawing using a payment method registered in someone else's name.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

4777d reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Opening or operating an account using false information.
• Refusal to complete KYC verification.
• In cases of suspicious financial transactions.
• By court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, a refund of any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be initiated. However, funds may be held during an ongoing investigation.
